He has been consulting call-centres and their employees for many years about part-time work, work times, compensation, silent monitoring, mystery calls and call recording. He is a specialist in this field and is the author of a widely popular treatise about monitoring of employees in call-centres (see publications and Amazon Germany).
Dr. Grobys regularly conducts in-house seminars and training sessions about call-centre specific aspects of labour and employment law.
