Consulting services include all areas of labour and employment law as well as social security and payroll tax aspects. Services are available for both individuals and companies. This includes the preparation and implementation of dismissals/resignations, drafting of transfer and termination agreements, contract negotiations with the employee’s representatives and representing employers, employees and works councils before court. We are happy to setup and negotiate CEO and Managing Director contracts in both English and German. We also accompany clients throughout the due-diligence process and post-closing phase, and have done so for many years in an international context. In the area of co-determination of employees at company level, in particular in the supervisory board, we offer auditing of current corporate structures and modeling of new structures, particularly when founding cross-border European Societies (SE). An additional focus is on the in-house training of employees. These allow groups of employees to gain valuable insights into the parts of labour and employment law most relevant to them. The training sessions are typically scheduled as half or full day workshops. A list of references is available upon request.
